A true Disneyland fairytale

We are so happy to be featuring this lovely couple and their fairytale engagement story. What better way to feel like a princess than being proposed to right in front of the Cinderella castle?

How we met

We met about a year after I moved from Dubai to Charlotte, NC in the fall of 2014. My fiancé was actually introduced to me by a mutual friend. What originally was just me joining some friends for lunch turned to be the start of an inseparable friendship. For the first few months after we met, we both were traveling a lot, so there was just a bunch of texts and messages until things slowed down in the beginning of 2015. The rest is history! We now have a 3 year old son, 2 bunnies, and 2 dogs, and can’t wait to be getting married this fall! 

The engagement

We got engaged in front of Cinderella’s Castle in Disney World! We went on a trip last year with a group of our closest friends to Disney for a week. My fiancé did a very good job of keeping things a secret and planning it out with my friends. This was my first trip to Disney World, so it was already so special. We were taking a bunch of pictures in front of the castle, and one of my friends distracted me and got me to do all these random fun poses, and when I turned around, there he was! It was definitely such a great surprise! He made what was already such a memorable trip so much more special. 

Nicholas proposed to Laverne with our spectacular Marsa flaming ring set. We wish this lovely couple a lifetime of happines together!
