We offer FREE international DHL Express Shipping for all items made of solid gold. The packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the package is ready.
Delivery time for the packages shipped to countries within the European Union is 1 to 3 business days, and 2 to 5 business days for countries outside the EU.
Silver and gold-filled items will be shipped with free priority airmail and delivered in 5 to 15 days within and 10 to 30 days to countries outside Europe. Tracked and express shipping is available for an additional fee. To upgrade your shipping, please send us an email to info@capucinne.com.
Buyers are responsible for the payment of all Customs Duties and abiding by any potential import restrictions to their country from Slovenia. Import rates vary from country to country and for more information, please contact your local Customs Department.

 

 

GIA CERTIFICATE

All white diamonds with 0.3 carat weight and heavier come with a GIA Certificate – issued by the Gemological Institute of America. The report provides details about the cut, clarity, and carat weight, along with measurements and other additional information confirming the authenticity and quality of the diamond.
You can select from a variety of diamond shapes and cuts (brilliant, pear, marquise, princess, oval, etc.).
The GIA grades diamonds on a scale of D (colorless) through Z (light color). The diamonds we select for our designs correspond to colors G or F, which means that they are nearly colorless and only a professional gemologist can detect the difference between colors.

Practically all natural diamonds contain small imperfections inside, calledinclusions, or on its surface, called blemishes. Clarity refers to the degree to which these imperfections are present. On the scale from included to flawless diamonds, the diamonds in our designs are graded as VS or VVS, which stands for “very slightly” or “very, very slightly included”. Inclusions are minor and only visible under a magnifying glass and not to the naked eye.

The Kimberley Process (KP) is a commitment to remove conflict diamonds from the global supply chain. We only work with reliable suppliers from Europe, who adhere to the KP standards.
The process was established in 2000 to ensure that diamond purchases were not financing violent movements by rebels and their allies seeking to undermine legitimate government, and to prevent "conflict diamonds" from entering the mainstream rough diamond market.
